Training Videos

We recommended that users view each training video at least once, prior to using the MIIS system, and refer back to specific modules as needed. Each of the 15 training video modules gives an overview of the commonly used functions within the MIIS. Training modules include both audio and visual explanations and either video or audio may be used independently. The training videos are topical and short in length so that you can quickly review a topic and see pertinent examples. Most questions about using the MIIS will be answered once you review the video training modules.

How to Operate the Training Videos
To view a training module, select the link to the module you wish to view below. Your internet browser will open a new internet page or window with the video displayed. Click the play icon (the triangle inside a circle) in the middle of the screen. You can also use your keyboard space bar to start or stop the video at any time. In the lower right hand corner the video displays the current slide that is being reviewed and the total number of slides in the module. You can navigate through slides in the video by pressing the right or left arrow on the keyboard, or by using your mouse to select the video player controls that appear at the bottom of the screen once the video has begun.
